About IC-STAR 2023
The first edition of the International Conference on Smart Technologies and Applied Research (STAR 2023) offers a distinguished platform and an exceptional venue for researchers, esteemed academic faculty, ambitious students, and other professionals from diverse fields. The conference seeks original, high-quality papers in the fields of Intelligent Systems, Environment, Social Science, Information Management, Computer Vision, Image Understanding, and various technology applications.
The STAR’2023 conference, organized by the European Organisation of Scientific Research and Doctoral Studies France, Phd Travel Morocco, and Global Academy Publishing House, USA, is scheduled to be held at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, from October 29th to 31st, 2023. STAR’2023 is designed as a hybrid event, offering participants the flexibility to attend either in person or virtually. Accepted authors will have the option to present their papers online, ensuring maximum accessibility for attendees worldwide.
